ARTIST BIO

The Calgary Stampede is proud to present Avenoir on  the Coca-Cola Stage. Avenoir is the stage name of Caleb Odidi, a rising Canadian R&B artist from Edmonton, Alberta. Blending smooth vocals with introspective lyrics and soulful production, Avenoir made a powerful debut with his 2023 EP Noire.

The project quickly caught national attention, earning a JUNO Award nomination for Contemporary R&B/Soul Recording of the Year in 2025. With Noire, Avenoir has positioned himself as one of Canada’s most promising new voices in modern R&B.
