ARTIST BIO

The Calgary Stampede is proud to present KALEO on  the Coca-Cola Stage.  KALEO has emerged as a global rock powerhouse, with over 4 billion streams, 60+ international certifications, and a track record of sold-out shows and major festival appearances—including Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Bonnaroo. The GRAMMY-nominated Icelandic band is led by frontman JJ Julius Son, whose blues-drenched vocals drive their raw, electrifying sound.

After breaking through with their Platinum debut A/B and the smash hit “Way Down We Go,” KALEO has continued to captivate audiences worldwide. Fresh off their Fight or Flight World Tour and a busy 2023, the band is now gearing up to release their highly anticipated third album in summer 2025.
