Matt Blais is a roots-rock troubadour known for his powerhouse vocals, harmonica flair, and passion for meaningful storytelling. Based in Calgary, Blais blends socially conscious lyrics with anthemic rock energy, building a loyal fanbase across Canada through over a thousand performances and collaborations with artists like Sam Roberts.

His 2021 single “Our Comeback”—created in partnership with ATCO Energy—champions community resilience while supporting emerging artists through The Prophets of Music. A past Calgary Songwriter in Residence and winner of multiple music awards, Blais continues to inspire with music that connects in both good times and bad.
