ARTIST BIO
During the Calgary Stampede, the Badlands Music Festival is proud to present RL Grime. RL Grime is a leading force in trap and bass music, known for his cinematic sound and genre-defying production. Born Henry Steinway, the L.A.-based DJ and producer first emerged under the alias Clockwork before rising to prominence as RL Grime.
A core member of the WeDidIt collective, he’s become a staple at major festivals and in electronic music circles worldwide, thanks to his high-impact releases and signature Halloween mixes that have become an annual fan favourite.
